August 23rd and 24th, DAVE at Sea Jay's - Had a great weekend! A couple of walks on the beach. Met some new friends. Hung out with Theresa and Penny. It doesn't get much better than this!

August 25th, DAVE at Creekside - What a rain storm! I got set up inside just in time! Good call Terry!

August 26th, DAVE at Eclipse - Had Woody lay down a few nice percussion tracks on a new song "What Dreams Are Made Of".  I co-wrote this one with Donna Britton and Kat Korac (Nashville). Donna is also my publisher (Mountain Row Music). When I get the basic tracks done I will send it up to Donna and hopefully the ladies will put some backing track on! Thanks Donna and Kat!

August 26th, The Super Hackers at Hurricane Patty's - Always fun to get together with these guys the last monday of every month!

August 27th, DAVE at Eclipse - Rob was under the weather but showed up anyway (what a trooper). We talked for a bit and then sent him home to rest. Did a little re-mixing on "That's What Dreams Are Made Of" and "There's No I In Team" with Jim Stafford.

August 27th, DAVE at Oasis - Had a good night in the land of the 44TVs!

August 28th, The Big Lonesome at the St. Augustine Pier Music By The Sea - What a great time! Ed had some family matters to take care of and was unable to make the show. Walt and Wes filled in and both did a great job. This was the final gig for The Big Lonesome for a while. Still going to release our CD but will no longer be performing. Done for now not for good!

August 29th, DAVE at The Corner Bar - It was Billy Anin's birthday! Hunter got up and sang a song she had just made up, a cappella! It was great! Kruz did a good job! Had fun!

August 30th, DAVE at Aunt Kate's - It was hot as hell! Somehow made it through! A pretty big crowd braved the heat for some music, food and view. Not necessarily  in that order!

Will be in the studio this week working on "What Dreams Are Made Of" and "There's No I In Team" and also The Big Lonesome will be in the studio re-cutting the vocals on a live cut "Sweet River Girl" written by Wayne Johnston for the band and recorded live at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. I am excited to get an invite to the Pensacola Music Festival! Thanks Donna Britton!! Thanks for letting me live my dream! Stop texting , start talking. Keepin' It Real! -David

see you down the road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
