 March 14th, DAVE @JT's Seafood Shack - It was a nice evening, it started out a little slow but I ended up meeting some nice folks. I will be back April 11th, solo. I'm looking forward to our band dates, the Carpetbaggers at  JT's Seafood Shack on April 16th and 22nd.

March 15th, Retrophonics Studios - Jim and I worked on "Poor-Dum" my new release on the CD titled the same. We should get a preview out next week.

March 16th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue and Tony at Hurricane Grill and Wings - We were rained on for a few minutes then it cleared up. It turned out to be a nice evening. thanks for supporting the Carpetbaggers!

March 17th - Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue, Tony and Frankie at Pelican Landing - It was a great St. Patty's day. We appreciate all of you for supporting the Carpetbaggers!

March 18th, Carpetbaggers DAVE and Sue at Tides and Oyster Bar - It was a weird night, maybe it was a full moon or something. Sue and I made it to the end and that's always the goal, just a strange night.

March 19th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue, Tony and Frankie at Borrillo's - What a nice night! All the stars aligned on this one. Thanks everyone it was fun!

March 20th, DAVE at Aunt Kate's -  A beautiful late afternoon on the porch by the water! Jerry and Delia from Borrillo's stopped in also Jamie from the Milltop stopped by. Thanks Brian, Dave, Tina and staff you guys are the best! Also, it was zoom meeting night with The North Star Band,we have our list of songs together for our upcoming show at The Birchmere.

I'm looking forward to working on "Poor-Dum" a song from my next solo CD, may even get to "Took Off Like A Rocket" a song from Say Grace our new Carpetbaggers CD. Thanks for letting me live my dream!!! Keepin' It Real!-David

 March 7th - It was zoom meeting night with The North Star Band. Our double CD "Then and Now" will be here in a few days. We talked about our show and CD release at The Birchmere in Virginia on May 6th.

March 8th, Retrophonics Studios - I put a bass track on "Queen Bee" and worked on a mix for "Poor-Dum". We didn't add the violin track yet.

March 9th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Frankie and Tony Hurricane Grill and Wings - It was a rainy night but got the gig in. We had a real good crown in spite of the weather. Thanks Abe, Albert and staff you guys are the best!

March 10th, Bagan and Company - Did some work on my new "Poor-dum" CD cover design. And changed the layout to "Don't Stare At The Sun".

March 10th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue,Frankie and Tony Pelican Landing - What a great night! The weather didn't seem to stop anyone. It was good to have Sue back.

March 11th, 12th and 13th, DAVE at The Big Deck -  I had a great weekend! Friday was packed, Saturday I had to start early because of the cold front that blew in. There still was a nice crowd. Sunday was good as always. We made it home about 7:00pm unloaded the car and packed the equipment back in the van and had about 30 minutes before my zoom meeting with The North Star Band.

I'm going to shoot for a mix of Poor-Dum for this week, a song that will appear on my next solo CD. Also going to try to finish up the cover idea for "Poor-Dum" with Dan at Bagan and Company. Thanks for letting me live my dream!!! Keepin' It Real!! -David

 February 28th, Retrophonics Studios - Sue did a great job in the studio. Jim, Sue and I worked on "Rocket", "Queen Bee" and "Poor-Dum". Hopefully will have some early tracks to release soon.

February 28th, Zoom meeting with The North Star Band - We're getting ready for our release of "Then and Now". For more information: The North Star Band

March 1st, Bagan and Company - We had a great show! I always enjoy our guest Dewey Via, he's one of the best! 

March  2nd, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue, Tony and Frankie at Hurricane Grill and Wings - It was the whole band tonight. Great fun!

March 3rd, Bagan and Company - Dan and I worked on a new layout for the "Don't Stare At The Sun" CD.

March 3rd, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue, Tony and Frankie  at Pelican Landing - What a night! What a great audience you guys are! We are very lucky to have you all!

March 4th, DAVE at Aunt Kate's - A great evening out on the porch by the water! Thanks Brian, Dave, Tina and staff you guys are the best!

March 5th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, sue, Tony and Frankie at San Sebastian Winery - We had a great night and somehow made it through the longest playing gig we have. Thanks Kyle and staff you guys are the best!

March 6th, DAVE at Aunt Kate's - Randy brought me my fishing tournament shirts. The weather was beautiful and I had a blast playing for some great folks that stopped by for a great meal and got some music along with it.

My plan is to work on Poor-Dum with Jim DeVito for my next solo CD, titled the same, this week. Also going to work with Dan Bagan at Bagan and Company on the covers for "Poor-Dum" and "Say Grace" the next planned releases. Thanks for letting me live my dream!!! Keepin' It Real! -David

 February 21st, Songwriter's Night at Pelican Landing - Another great one! John Dickey IV and Bert Hodge (Lonesome Bert) were a real treat! Thanks for supporting Bob and I and all the other songwriters!

February 22nd, Retrophonics Studios - Jim and I worked on "Rocket" and made plans for Sue's session with us next week!

February 23rd, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Frankie and Tony at Hurricane Grill and Wings - Sue was still a little sore from her dental procedure so Frankie stepped up and kicked butt. We had a great crowd! Thanks Abe, Albert and staff you guys are the best! 

February 24th, Bagan and Company - Dan and  I worked on new packaging for "Don't Stare At The Sun" and talked through some ideas for the Carpetbaggers' "Say Grace" cover.  

February 24th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue, Frankie and Tony at Pelican Landing - Great night! Nice to meet Tony's friends from Buffalo, Chris and Beth.

February 25th, Carpetbaggers Dave, Sue, Tony and Frankie at Pelican Pub - It started out a little slow but there is no quit in The Carpetbagger's and we ended up having a nice night. Thanks Jeff and Jennifer for creating The Carpetbagger's menu. You guys are the best!

February 26th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue, Tony and Frankie at St. Augustine Fish House and Oyster Co - We had a great night! I had a little sound system problem right before the gig thank goodness it was a pretty simple fix. The show went on and on time! Mark Richey and his wife and friends came down for the evening.

I will be in the studio this week with Jim and Sue today working on "Rocket", "Queen Bee" and "Poor-Dum". The first 2 songs will appear on "Say Grace" the Carpetbaggers' 3rd release. "Poor-Dum" is the title song for my #6 solo release. I can't wait to hear what Sue comes up with. February 27th we had a surprise birthday party for Theresa at Corner Sushi, thanks everyone it was really a surprise! Thanks for letting me live my dream!!! Keepin' It Real! -David

February 14th - Happy Valentine's Day!

February 15th, Retrophonics Studio - Jim and I transferred some tracks from sessions I did at Barry's studio and worked on a mix of "(Sittin' On) the Dock of the Bay", performed by the Big Lonesome song from "The Big Lonesome Rides Again".

February 16th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue and Tony at Hurricane Grill and Wings - Again it was a great night! The rain came about 7:45pm and shut us down a little early. Other that getting a little wet it was a wonderful night! 

February 17th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue, Tony and Frankie at Pelican Landing - What a night! Great time! Thanks Jeff, Jennifer and staff you guys are the best!

February 18th, Bagan and Company - Dan and I released another song from The Big Lonesome Rides Again" (Sittin' on ) the Dock of the Bay". It was written by Otis Redding and Steve Cropper.

February 18th, Carpetbaggers DAVE and Sue at Tides Oyster Co and Grill - I had a great night! It's always fun to hang out and play with Sue on this once a month gig! See you here next month on March 18th.

February 19th, Carpetbaggers DAVE, Sue, Frankie and Tony at Borrillo's - We were cancelled!

February 20th, DAVE at Aunt Kate's - It was a great afternoon on the porch by the water! Thanks Brian, Tina, Dave and staff!
