January 15th, Cave Canem Studio - I tried to sing a track "A Better Place" but there were some technical problems. Barry called me later and said he had fixed the problem so we will try again on Wednesday. I'm really excited to be back working on solo CD #4.

January 15th, Songwriters @ Corner Bar - Maybe the best crowd ever except for Bob's birthday party a couple years ago. I can't tell you how it warms my heart to see the support you all are giving our once a month night of original music. Jamie, Bob, Cindy and Robert you all sounded great. As I have said many times before, it's an honor to share the stage each month with these great writers. See you February 19th!

January 16th, DAVE - Chianti Room - I had a great time out on the porch. It started to cool off a little near the end of the show. It was great to see Doug Hyde and my bandmate Brady Green, the Duvals, John, Brittany and Jude, and everyone else that stopped by!

January 17th, Cave Canem Studios - We pretty much just hung out. We made plans for the next session on the 28th.  We will be working on "A Better Place", "Ain't Life Grand" and "Took Off Like A Rockett". These are the next songs in our sights.

January 17th, DAVE at Hurricane Grill and Wings - Cancelled Due To Weather (it's cold).

January 18th, DAVE at Corner Bar - I had some power issues. They had to reset the breakers a couple of times, it was a pain in the ass, but we made it through. It was Laurence's first night back. He has been sick. Also had Frankie and George with me. We had a nice crowd it was a good night. It was Sheryl's birthday and that means rum cake for all.

January 20th - Zaharias - Cancelled Due To Weather

January 21st, DAVE at Aunt Kate's - What a difference a day makes. I played outside on the deck and it was beautiful out. There was a nice crowd, had a nice time. See you at the beginning of February (2nd, 3rd and 4th).

It was a busy week. I am just starting to feel normal since Thanksgiving. It seems like it's been one thing after another. Great to get back in the studio. I am inspired now! I'm going to be at IAUGIE Studios this week to cut a few tunes for my video project. I will be back in Cave Canem Studios on the 28th. Thanks for letting me live my dream!
