December 18th, Songwriters Night - Charley Simmons was having some health issues and was unable to make the Songwriters Night. We hope he is going to be alright. George Reeves was able to come down and be a part of our night. We also had Bob Semanchik from Connecticut with us. Bob is a very talented songwriter. It was nice to hear his music. We all love George. Bob and I enjoyed another wonderful night of original music. Thank you for your support!

December 19th, DAVE at Chianti Room - I had a nice evening out on the porch. It was actually pretty hot out when I started. That's December in Florida.

December 20th, Travel Day - We were off to Anna Marie Island and to Duffy's for a burger and a few beers and to see my friend Chuck. We had a nice lunch then headed to the beach to look for shells and sit by the pool to read. We went to Slim's for dinner and call it night.

December 21st, Relax - We had nothing to do today but relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. Chuck and I rehearsed a couple tunes he was going to do at the benefit the next day. We are going down to Marina Jacks tonight to see John Prestia play with Kettle Of Fish. Chuck, Dara, Theresa and I met Bill and Barb Bartow. It was great to see John and Bob Dielman, with Kettle Of Fish. They'll also be playing with us tomorrow at the Toys for Tots benefit at Duffy's. We heard Chris Anderson (I thing Woody Pernell played with him.) He is now in the Outlaws. He stopped by and sat in. A nice evening of music!

December 22nd, Duffy's Toys For Tots  Benefit - The place was packed and we had a great time. Bill and Barb Bartow, Joanne and Susan Collier. They are friends from my high school days in Virginia. A lot of money was raised, along with a big room full of toys. Man, it was fun. I was not in good voice but Chuck, John and Bob killed it! I am very proud to be a part of this event and I'm looking forward to next year. I can't say enough about the guys I played with except it was a real pleasure. Thanks Duffy's. If you'r eon Anna Marie Island stop in grab a bite and a beer!

December 23rd, Travel Day - A nice safe ride home. Sleeping in our bed tonight!

December 25th - Merry Christmas!

December 27th, DAVE at Hurricane Grill and Wings - George Reeves with me tonight. We were in the tent and had a nice crowd come out and see us. Thanks Abe, JJ, the staff and everyone that came out!

December 28th, DAVE at Corner Bar - Brady, George and Frankie were with me tonight. Great crowd had a lot of fun playing as usual. Bob Semanchik sat in and sounded great. Brady will be taking the month of January off to work on a project. Thanks for your support!

December 29th, DAVE at Aunt Kate's - It was a cold night so I set up inside. Turned out to be a great night! Thanks Brian, Candy, Dave and staff!

December 30th, Bluffton, SC - Visited my Dad and Margie - They took us to dinner at Olive Garden. We stayed the for the night.

December 31st, NorthStar , Wee Pub Jekyll Island - It was NewYears Eve. It was fun to hang out with brother Ed and Kristen. A good way to start the new year out. Hopefully we will be able to get together and in more in the upcoming year.

There's a lot of things I want to do in the new year. I'm going to record  a lot of new music. Thanks for letting me live my dream! Stop texting, start talking! Don't liter!
