February 16th, Songwriter Night #2 at The Corner Bar - Proud to share the stage with these great writers, Bob Patterson, Micael Howard and George Reeves.  Long John from the Falling Bones and Kevin and Mike from the Short Change Band were in the audience. February 17th, DAVE at the Chianti Room - A nasty afternoon. I met a few nice people then the power went off.  I got to play a couple of hours though. Stop by and check this place out. They have the best happy hour in town! Thanks for stopping by Michael Howard.

February 18th, DAVE at Hurricane Grill and Wings - Again, cancelled due to the weather!

February 19th, DAVE at The Corner Bar - Once again George and Laurence were with me. The place was packed! Kruz did a nice set, #161 I think. Kevin and Mike from The Short Change Band sat in for a couple!

February 20th, DAVE at Conch House - I like this place! Stopped in and saw Woody at the end of the pier after I got packed. He sounded great as he always does!

February 21st, Eugene Keith Green, Craig Funeral Home - Said goodbye to Brady's dad. My thoughts go out to Brady and family. The service was very nice.

February 21st, DAVE at Zaharias - I had Frankie Urzetta on percussion with me tonight! Started out a little early 5 to 8 pm. We had a great crowd. This is a great place to play! Thanks Angelika and staff. You guys are the best!!!!!

February 22nd, DAVE at Creekside - For the second time this week had my friends George and Laurence with me and what a time we had! I am so proud to share the stage with these two. We had a chance to sit and talk a little about an upcoming trip back to Canada. I can't wait!

What a week! Hope to get some work done on my CD "Mr. Song to Evil People".  And also talk about mixing our new live CD "Live at The Musideum" with Barry at Cave Canem Studios.  Also I have to get together with Dan Bagan at IAUGI Studios to put together the layouts and art work for these projects.

February 9th, NorthStar at Creekside - I set up inside, it was nasty out! We had a great night! It's such a pleasure to play with these great players and friends! It could have only been better if Brady Green was there. Brady's father is very sick. Brent Byrd sat in for a couple, he sounded great and I hope to get him on one of our Songwriters Nights at the Corner Bar. Thanks Creekside and everyone who showed up. February 12th, DAVE at The Corner Bar - I had George ands Laurence with me tonight and what a night it was! I can't say enough about these two great players except I feel lucky each night I share the stage with them. Kruz did a nice job! Barry Dunaway and Lydia were out to see us! Barry Dunaway from Cave Canem Studios has agreed to partner up with the three of us and produce a CD that we recorded in Toronto, Canada at the Musideum. Dan Bagan from IAUGI Studios is also on board to help us put the art work and layout together.

February 13th, 14th  and 15th, DAVE at The Big Deck Raw Bar - It's always a blast to play this great venue! Bryan, Darlene and staff always make us feel so welcome! I got to see Pat, Pete, Zen and Liam. See you next month, March 13th, 14th  and 15th.

I was very sad to get the call from Brady that his father, Eugene Keith Green had passed away. My heart goes out to Brady and his family at this sad time! R.I.P. Eugene Keith Green!

February 3rd, DAVE at Chianti Room - A little chilly! There were two tables when I was setting up to play. By the time I finished the place was full. Good to chat with my friend Mike Howard. Good start for the week!

January 26th, The Hacker's at Panama Hatties - Another fun night with the band! It's a real pleasure playing with these great players once a month. If you haven't seen it check it out on the last monday of every month.

Dan sounded great on guitar. Barry and I started on a new song (Round and Round). Hope we can do this more in the future!

We lost a good friend Chis Hammond this week! I will miss her and our hearts go out to Dennis and the rest of the family. R.I.P. Chris!

I will be getting together with Barry when he gets back from Canada at Cave Canem Studios to continue work on Mr. Song to Evil People.  Lydia and Theresa are already making plans for our next camping trip. January 19th, Songwriter Night at The Corner Bar - It was a great success! Thanks everyone for supporting original music in St. Augustine. Michael Howard, Bob Patterson and George Reeves did a wonderful job! I was proud to be sharing the stage with these three. We have decided to keep the same line up for our next show. It will be February 16th, 7pm to 9pm. Thanks again for supporting our music! See you in February!

January 13th, NorthStar at Creekside - It was a nasty night so we set up in the Marsh Room. We had a pretty nice crowd. It was great to get together with Brady Green, George Reeves and Frankie Urzetta! We missed Ed Pickett, he was in Virginia. However, we did get a special treat, Rick Meyer, my old bandmate from Ludwell Newton stopped by and played a couple songs and hung out for the night. Our next gig is Monday, February 9th at Creekside 5 to 9 pm

January 6th, DAVE at the Chianti Room - It was a beautiful day! I had a nice crowd. This was one of my best gigs singing yet.  Still not 100%, but getting there. An old friend RT stopped by. Also got a chance to talk with my friend Michael Howard who stopped by on his way to play OC Whites.

January 7th, DAVE at Cave Canem Studios - I had George Reeves in today to play guitar on "Get Back In The Race".  It was good to get back to work with Barry. Later we all met (Barry, Lydia, George, Deborah, Theresa and I) and had dinner. Brianna and Braylen also stopped by.

January 8th, DAVE at The Corner Bar - A packed house! I am having a blast playing with George and Laurence! Kruz did a nice set! The Fernando dancers were in force. We missed the shark (Jim). Besides that, everything was great!

January 9th and 10th, DAVE at The Big Deck Raw Bar and Grille - It was cold and a little slow. It's alway good to get over to the gulf and see my friends though. I always look forward to spending time with Darlene, Bryan, Pete, Pat and Bob.  I was so sorry to hear that Willy passed away! He helped me with the title to "It's a Great Life If'in You Don't Weakin". R.I.P. Willy!
