9-1-15, DAVE at the Chianti Room - One of the hottest days I've played this year. Thanks for all the folks that stayed to hear me play and enjoy the best happy hour in town! I missed my friend Michael Howard. Every things okay, he was running late and didn't stop by.

9-2-15, DAVE at Hurricane Grill and Wings - The last night in town for awhile. The rain held off turned out to be a good last gig before the road trip! Virginia here we come!

9-3-15, Travel Day & Dinner - I had a great trip up with Theresa to the Rivah. It took us about 11 hours. We met Randy, Danny, Richard and Barb at The Backdraft for dinner. Afterwards, we stopped by the Coles Point Tavern where I spent the next four days playing my music.

9-4-15, DAVE at Coles Point Tavern - We had breakfast at Richard and Barbara's where we stayed. We had a nice walk and found the Lee Family Cemetary. It turned out to be a great night! It's always good to see my Virginia friends! Thanks to Matt Bourne for lending me his speakers and stands!

9-5-15, DAVE at Coles Point Tavern - I played in the afternoon. In the morning, we went over to Coles Point Marina and found some cool pieces of driftwood on the beach and some river rocks. We ran into Bill and Donna and hung out by their boat for a bit. Later at the gig my Dad showed up along with Ed and his friends plus Bill and Donna and their friend came in too. It was a nice afternoon.

9-6-15, DAVE at Coles Point Tavern - Second morning to walk the beach at Cole Point Marina and hang for a while at the boat with Bill and Donna. It was a nice afternoon, even with boat trouble Bill, Donna and friends made it for a second show!

9-7-15, DAVE at Coles Point Tavern - It's was the last day and I set up in the front room. My good friend Cecil Tarman showed up with Ed and his friends. It was a blast and so good to see everyone!

9-8 - 9/10, I had a few days off. We stayed with my Dad and Margie for a few days. Theresa was in and out visiting with family and friends. I hung out with my Dad at the office. It's always nice to sit in the cycle and chat with Ron, Charley and Hillary. It was nice to relax for a few days!

9-11-15, NorthStar at Coles Point Tavern - I met up Eddie in Marshall, Virginia. We headed to the Northern Neck and had a great gig! We stayed with Richard and Barbara. Richard made a late night breakfast. Up early the next day and I showed Ed the Lee Family Cemetary. Then we were off to Front Royal, Virginia.

9-12-15, NorthStar at The Giving Tree - After a little rest, we headed to Linden, Virginia to The Giving Tree where we played a party for John and Brittany. They are two great people. What a blast! I hope we are invited to play next year!

9-12-15, NorthStar at Thornton River Grille - It was a little chilly and our gig was outside. Andy the owner contacted us and said he would pay us but he didn't think anyone would come out in the cold. We said we would set up and give it a try. The place was packed. We had a lot of family and friends show up. Pat Markam, a friend and ex bandmate from the 60's stopped by. It was so good to see everyone what a great road trip this has been!

9-13-15, Travel Day - We actually left Sunday night but got caught in terrible traffic in Ashland Virginia. We made it Petersburg Virginia then got a room for the night. Made it home the next day about 5pm. It's good to be home!

I would like to thank Matt Bourne for the equipment, Randy Watts for booking Ed and I, Chris & Ann at Coles Point Tavern for really taking good care of us, Richard and Barbara for putting us up and putting up with us!
